Shipping Policy
Shipping Times: We work with Spocket to ensure fast and reliable shipping. Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the supplier’s location and your destination. In some cases, delivery may take up to 21 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the product and destination. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed during checkout. Some items may qualify for free shipping, as indicated in the product description.
Order Tracking: Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Customs Duties: Please note that all products shipped across international borders may be subject to import and handling fees, and any duties and/or taxes imposed by the importing country. These charges vary widely based on your country’s import laws and the total value of your order. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate. If you decline delivery once the freight company attempts to deliver your order, a return fee will be deducted from your payment. Returns and Refunds Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Monogrammed, personalized, special-order items and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Products that are damaged or missing parts due to customer handling may not qualify for a refund.
Who Covers Return Shipping?: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Alternatively, customers may opt for store credit or an exchange.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at contact@consciousneststore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Follow the instructions provided by our team to ship the item back to us or directly to the supplier (depending on the case).
Retain your shipping receipt until we confirm receipt of the returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
